Golosalba is a reality located in the heart of the Langhe, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and precisely in Diano d'Alba; the heart of the production of the Piedmont IGP hazelnut, now famous all over the world. And it is precisely in the dream of letting consumers all over the world know the goodness of the Langa Hazelnut in all its culinary variations that our artisan laboratory is born, where QUALITY, PASSION and TERRITORY come together and amalgamate daily in the realization of our products. , with meticulous attention to quality, using all Italian raw materials.

All Golosalba products are gluten free, mostly without milk and its derivatives, without added fats, without flavorings and with the use of preservatives limited to potassium sorbate only.

The care and attention to the production and to the raw material as in a prestigious pastry shop is combined with a shelf life of 8/12 months, with the use of recipes that are an expression of the long culinary tradition of Langa.
